		<description>I&#039;m leaning more toward microwaving potatoes myself, since I had really good results from the steak fry recipe. Plus the less outside water you introduce the better. When I made gnocchi last night, I baking the potatoes in the oven at 350 for an hour, then microwaved them for 5 minutes. And the gnocchi came out very good. I&#039;ll write a full report on the gnocchi in a new post.</description>

		<description>I think with steaming fries there will always bee too much moisture. Par cooking in the microwave I think is the best way to go. Also, what type of potato you use is key. My $.02, love the blog...</description>
