		<description>I want to say that I used all three cloves of garlic that were boiled in the pickling liquid, for the hot sauce. But I&#039;d have to double check my notes at home to confirm. It was a pretty course strainer, but it was more to catch any stray skins and non-blended chunks, then anything else.</description>
